For the past two years, every Rosie & Dott parcel that left our little Kildare base carried one of three carefully chosen fragrances. We never said a word about it. We just waited to see what you'd notice.And you noticed.

The messages started coming in. "What is that smell from the packaging?" It happened, order after order. So we tracked it, and when we counted the most popular one, we had the answer. You had chosen Solas - before it even had a name.

From there, we packed our bags and headed to Grasse in the south of France to bring it to life properly. Grasse is where the world's greatest fragrances are born. It sits in the hills above the French Riviera and has been the beating heart of perfumery for centuries.

Working alongside master perfumers in that extraordinary town, we created something that is entirely and unmistakably Rosie & Dott. Notes of fresh pear, soft rose and white musk. Light without being forgettable. Familiar the moment you breathe it in.We wanted Solas to feel like something, not just smell like something.

The Irish word for light, it was the only name that made sense for a fragrance built around that feeling of a quiet, beautiful morning. Calm, uplifting, and just a little bit special.This is a fragrance made by us, chosen by you, and finished in one of the most beautiful corners of the world.
