Exchanges and Refunds

Welcome to the Exchanges and Refunds section of our website! 

Firstly it is super important that you are DELIGHTED with your Rosie & Dott order but we completely understand that sometimes exchanges and refunds have to be made. We promise to always put you first and make sure that any issues you might have are sorted out right away!

You may return new, unworn items to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 working days of your order being dispatched. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this when it comes to our earrings. Hygiene is super important to us here at Rosie & Dott so when ordering your earrings please make sure they’re right and perfectly perfect before ordering because we will not be able to exchange them for you.

We do not provide paid shipping for returns. If you are returning anything to us please make sure that they are in the condition in which you received them otherwise we will not be able to offer a full refund to you.

We do not accept any responsibility for items that are lost in the post when being returned to us so we always recommend you use a track and trace service just to be extra safe.

When returning anything to us please do so to the following address and please make sure to include a note with all of your details so we know who the parcel is from -

Please note that it can take up to 3 weeks to receive your refund. Between the length of time it takes for your shipper to return your item to us and then how long it takes us to process your refund and then the length of time it takes for your money to reach your bank, it can take a little while. To be honest though – usually, our refunds are processed a lot quicker than that but it is always good to warn people just in case!

Lastly, our bling is made from a variety of materials and if you have any allergies or if you are sensitive to such materials as nickel or zinc alloy then we recommend you do not wear our accessories. These materials can cause irritation if you have a reaction and we definitely do not want that for any of our customers. Please be warned that you do wear these sparkly accessories at your own risk.
