Cancel Order - Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing from the EU you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving a reason. The 14 days run from the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods, or from the date of your order for services and digital content.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, withdrawing simply cancels it - no return needed.

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, withdrawing starts our normal returns process: send the item(s) back to us, and we'll refund you once we receive them. See our returns policy for full details on packaging, return shipping, and timeframes - the same policy applies here.

Note that earrings can only be returned if the original shipping carton is unopened. Hygiene is super important for us at Rosie & Dott!
