Measure Using an Existing Ring
1. Select an existing ring in your collection that fits the desired finger.
2. Use a ruler or tape to measure the internal diameter of the ring in mm. To do this, take the widest point of the inside of the ring and measure the distance.
3. Use the chart below to determine your ring size.
Internal Diameter (mm) | IE/UK | US | France | EU |
---|---|---|---|---|
15.5 | J | 5 | 48.5 | 15.5 |
16.3 | L | 6 | 51 | -- |

Measure Using Your Finger
1. Wrap a strip of paper around your finger where you’d like your ring to be. You can also use a measuring tape for this.
2. Make sure that the paper is pulled snug to your finger, the tighter the better, to find your best fit.
3. Mark the spot where the paper meets and measure the distance with a ruler or tape in mm.
4. Use the below chart to determine your ring size.
Internal Circumference (mm) | IE/UK | US | France | EU |
---|---|---|---|---|
48.7 | J | 5 | 48.5 | 15.5 |
